Abstract

ABSTRACTThe rapid growth of online food delivery services has transformed how customers interact with restaurants, offering convenience and efficiency. This project involves the design and implementation of an advanced online food ordering and tracking system. The system aims to address common issues faced by both customers and restaurant operators, including poor user interface design, inefficient order management, and the lack of a reliable order tracking mechanism. By integrating GPS-based real-time order tracking and a user-friendly interface, the system enhances the overall customer experience while streamlining restaurant operations. Key features include an intuitive ordering process, real-time updates on order status, and data-driven insights for restaurant management. Developed using modern web technologies, including react for the front end and Javascript for backend operations, this system ensures compatibility across various devices and offers seamless functionality. The project's ultimate goal is to provide a reliable platform that improves order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operational efficiency.
