Abstract

This study examined lmpact of Leadership Style on Employees Performance in an Organizaton (A Case Study of Nigeria Botling Company Plc Benin Ciy), Leaders are meant to help organizations to achieve their objectives or goals by coordinatns then in a wау that subordinates sees their leaders as а participative leader, this canen hance their performance in the organization. The study adopted both primary and secondary method of data analysis. The study employed simple percentage and chi-square as method of data analysis. Findings revealed that there is a posiive relationship between satisjactions with leaderslip styles and performance. The study further recommended that Leaders should have equity in their treatment of the subordinates under them Ьесаиsе the рeгсерtоп of eqиiу of fairness of the leader can increase the confdence which the subordinates have on their leaders. Leaders should have equitу in their treatment of the subordinate under them. This is because the perception of equity of fairness of the leader can increase the confidence which the subordinates have on iheir leaders and Supervisors and managers should be sent on courses in human relations which can help to enhance the leaderships also if the supervisors and managers in the organization
