Abstract

This project explores the design and implementation of a social media management application prototype aimed at streamlining the challenges associated with managing multiple
social media platforms. With the increasing complexity of digital engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, the need for an integrated solution has become evident. The study identifies key limitations in existing tools, including limited
platform support, high learning curves, and lack of real-time analytics. Findings from user
interviews revealed a strong preference for simplicity, robust analytics, and intuitive design.
Through a user-centered prototyping methodology, a system named InSync was developed using Figma to simulate core functionalities such as multi-account integration, content scheduling, real-time performance metrics, and centralized notifications. The system was evaluated through unit testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of each feature. The
prototype demonstrates significant potential for improving operational efficiency, empowering users with actionable insights, and enhancing social media strategy execution.
Recommendations for future enhancements include AI-driven content optimization, broader
API integration, and advanced automation features.
