Phytochemical Screaning and Antibacterial Activity of Ficus Sycomorus Steam Back Extract Against E. Coli, P. Mirabillic and Klebsiella, as an Isolate of Urinary Track Infection (uti).

Abstract
The Ficus Sycomorus steam back powder was percolate with methanol for three day filtered and
evaporated at 40°C with waterbath to obtain the crude Extracts. The methanol crude extract was screening
for the phytochemical Analysis and show the presence of Alkaloids, Tannins, Saponins which are highly
presence which Flavonoid and steroids are moderately presence.
The antibacterial activity of the extract against E. Coli, Proteus Mirabilis and Klebsiella at a certain
concentration of 1000µg/mol, 500µg/mol and 250µg/mol the extract is active against the three bacteria’s
at 1000µg/mol at 18mm, 13mm and 10mm respectively.
