Abstract

This study investigates the incidence of typhoid fever infection among patients attending Gezawe General Hospital. The research aims to determine the prevalence, demographic distribution, and associated factors of typhoid fever. The findings reveal a significant incidence of typhoid fever, highlighting the need for improved sanitation, hygiene, and vaccination strategies to control the spread of the disease. The study's results will inform public health interventions and contribute to the development of effective prevention and control measures.
