Abstract
The study examined the impact of stock control on productivity of a business organization. Specifically the study examine the influence of stock control on productivity of a business organization. Survey research design was adopted for this study. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from one hundred (150) respondents as a sample size for the study. Simple percentage and regression were used to analyze the data. Result revealed that inventory management have significant influence on organizational performance. The study therefore recommend that management of the organization should see their workforce as an asset and they should be treated as such on stock control and productivity.
