Abstract
This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a medicated ointment using Azadirachta indica (Neem) leaf extract. The ointment was prepared using different concentrations of the extract and evaluated for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing properties. The results showed significant antimicrobial activity against various microorganisms and enhanced wound healing in a controlled environment. The formulated ointment demonstrated potential as a natural, effective, and affordable topical treatment for skin infections and wound care, leveraging the traditional medicinal properties of Azadirachta indica.
