Investigation on the Impact of Motivation on Secretarys Productivity in an Organization

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to find out the impact of motivation on the secretary’s productivity in an organization. This research covers Al-Qalam University, Katsina. The population used for this study was 30 secretaries which were selected from Al-Qalam University katsina. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire which was administered to the secretaries of Al-Qalam University Katsina that data collected were analyzed and presented in tables. The researcher revealed that motivation plays a crucial role in secretary productivity. In light of the result, the researcher suggests that the management should be able to know the operational mode of the motivation of the motivation on the productivity of the secretaries, since it is very important to their profession.
