Investigating Perception of Tricycyle Restrictions and Gender on Students Psychological Well Being

School policies sometimes may influence students, both in their academic activities and psychological state. Specifically, is the issue relating to tricycle restriction around campuses. The present study sought to identify the influence of tricycle restriction on psychological well-being, as well as the gender difference in the perception of tricycle restriction. A total 220 students were sample for the study. Linear regression and t-test were adopted to analyze the study data. The result showed that tricycle restriction did not influence psychological well-being. The result also showed no gender difference between male and female in perception of tricycle restriction. Despite no significant influence of tricycle restriction on psychological well-being, it is important for institutions to consider students in policy making, in order to ensure a safe space for academic pursuit.
