Abstract
The Multi-Bridge Measurement System is an advanced educational and research tool designed to facilitate the study of various bridge circuits for precise measurement of electrical quantities such as resistance, inductance, and capacitance. This system integrates multiple types of AC and DC bridges into a single platform, offering a comprehensive solution for exploring both fundamental and advanced concepts in electrical measurement and instrumentation. The system combines several classic bridge configurations, including the Wheatstone, Maxwell and Schering bridges, allowing for versatile measurements across a wide range of electrical parameters. The DC Bridge circuits, such as the Wheatstone enable highly accurate measurement of resistance, including low-resistance values, using four-terminal sensing techniques. In contrast, the AC Bridge circuits—such as Maxwell and Schering bridges—focus on measuring inductance and capacitance, accounting for the phase relationships and impedance in alternating current circuits. The system supports real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and phase shifts, enabling users to gain a deep understanding of the operational principles of different bridge types. The Multi-Bridge Measurement System aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
