Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study investigates the impact of effective communication on employee performance within the Ministry of Education, Abuja. Effective communication is crucial for organizational success, influencing employee understanding, teamwork, job satisfaction, and overall productivity.240 was the population drawn for the study. Through a structured questionnaire survey involving 120 participants, data was collected and analyzed using ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that clear communication significantly enhances task understanding and contributes to improved employee performance. However, barriers such as communication clarity issues, hierarchical challenges, and inadequate tools were identified as hindrances. Recommendations include implementing training programs, investing in modern communication technologies, and fostering a culture of transparency. This study contributes to understanding the essential role of communication in educational management and provides insights for improving organizational effectiveness in educational institutions.
