Effect of Organizational Ethics on Business Performance (a Case Study of 7up Bottling Company Ilorin, Kwara State)

Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study examines the relationship between organizational ethics and business performance. The objectives of the study are to examine the effect of corporate ethics on business performance, investigate the effect of corporate values on business performance, corporate adherence on business performance and corporate discipline on business performance. The survey design was adopted, thereafter, statistical analysis was used to analyze the data. Information used in the study was gotten through journals, textbooks and the internet. Findings from the study reveal that there is a positive effect of corporate discipline on employee effectiveness and also, corporate values had a positive impact on employee efficiency. The study recommended that organizations should make and implement policies that will encourage corporate discipline and values.
