Abstract
Nuclear reactions are inherently complex, yet in certain scenarios, they display attributes of simplicity that allow them to be examined effectively using pertinent models. It is through the study of such reactions that much of our understanding of nuclear structure is derived. Moreover, nuclear reactions occur naturally in the interaction between cosmic rays and matter, and can also be utilized artificially to generate nuclear energy as desired. This Literature Survey has explored the different types of nuclear reactions and their applications, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of this domain.
