Effect of Human Capital Management on Organisational Goals (case Study of Nnpc Ado-Ekiti)

Abstract
The aim of the study is to establish the effect of human capital management on organisational goal a case study of NNPC Ado-Ekiti. The study utilized three research objectives; to examine the nature of recruitment and selection, to know the extent at which human capital management is important and to identify the problems the organization encounter in management their human capital. The study used survey research method. The population of the study is 250 employees NNPC Ado-Ekiti. A sampling techniques used closed questionnaire in which respondent’s has the chance to pick his/her suitable answers from option given and the item made on the questionnaire are (15) fifteen items. The data gathered in the field were analysed, using simple percentage, frequency table. The research recommend that the organisation should engage in the service of qualified personnel officers and make use of company’s laid down policies and procedures in the interest of the staff and goals of the organisation.
