Performance Evaluation and Network Analysis of Advanced Encryption Standard, Data Encryption Standard and Blowfish Symmetric Encryption Algorithm

Abstract
This study presents a comprehensive comparison of three widely used symmetric encryption algorithms: Data Encryption Standard (DES), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and Blowfish. The research evaluates these algorithms across several performance metrics, including encryption and decryption speeds, network latency, throughput, and resource usage. The study also assesses the security strengths and weaknesses of each algorithm, identifying potential vulnerabilities that may impact their suitability for realworld applications.
