Abstract
The increasing demand for fresh and hygienic fruit juices necessitates the development of efficientand cost-effective fruit juice extraction machines. This project focuses on the design, development, and performance evaluation of a fruit juice machine that aims to improve juice extractionefficiency while maintaining high nutritional value and ease of operation. The machine was designed to incorporate key functional components such as a feeding unit, crushing mechanism, filtration system, and collection chamber. The design process involvedmaterial selection, mechanical analysis, and fabrication using locally available materials to ensureaffordability and sustainability.Performance evaluation was conducted by testing the machine with different fruit types, analyzingjuice yield, extraction efficiency, and operational performance. The results demonstrated that themachine effectively extracts juice with minimal wastage and operates with high efficiencycompared to conventional manual methods This project contributes to the advancement of small-scale fruit juice processing, offering anaffordable and efficient solution for households and small businesses. Further improvements indesign and automation could enhance its performance and scalability for commercial applications
