An Apprisal of Staff Development Programmes for Senior Staff and Their Effect on Organisational Performance a Case Study of Bauchi Civil Service Commission

The title of my project is "An appraisal of staff development programmes for senior staff and their effect on organizational performance" A case study of Bauchi civil service commission / chose this topic because, I want find out the effectiveness of training and staff development on general performance and the quality of services obtain from senior offices. This because I felt that, grade of staff need necessary skills to help me facilitate the machineries of administering the state civil service effectively. 1 Hypothesized the effective training enhance the performance of employees in an organization. 1 intended to present five chapters in this research work and each chapter has its own table of content which identified suggestions and recommendations have been given how to solve the problems. The subject matter of this topic has been progressed from the general to the specific. Chapter one of the is topic concern itself with introduction, statement, and definition of problems, hence it pointed out the main aims and objectives of the study. Chapter two, deals with literature review of the topics, chapter three deals with research methodology, personal interview and questionnaires. While chapter jour is data presentation and analysis and the final chapter is chapter jive which contain the summary of findings, conclusion, and recommendations of the problems as to be applied were these problems are detected.
