Abstract
This study examines the relationship between the Ubulus of Aniocha and the various Ubulu Communities in Ndokwa during the pre-colonial period. It seeks to understand how these groups, both descended from Ezemu and Obodo, were linked politically, economically, diplomatically, and culturally. In terms of politics, the study investigates power structures, leadership roles, and how decisions were made within these societies.Economically, it explores how goods and resources were exchanged, trade routes established, and economic activities sustained. Diplomatically, it looks at alliances, treaties, and interactions with neighboring societies. Culturally, it delves into shared customs, traditions, and belief systems, as well as any cultural exchanges or adaptations.By analyzing historical records, oral traditions, and archaeological findings, this research aims to provide insights into the unique features of their relationship and how it influenced their lives. Understanding these connections can offer valuable insights into the history and development of these communities.
