Corporate Social Responsibility on Business Performance. a Study of Guaranty Trust Bank (gtbank) Udus Branch Sokoto

Abstract

This study explores the corporate social responsibility (CSR)on business performance, using Guarantee Trust Bank (GtBank) Udus Branch in sokoto as a study. The primary objective is to assess how corporate social responsibility initiatives affect business performance in Guaranty Trust Bank, Udus Branch. A quantitative survey research method was employed, involving structured questionnaires with key management employees of Guarantee Trust Bank (GtBank). The population size comprises of staff of Guaranty trust bank Udus Branch sokoto. In determining the sample size, the researcher conveniently selected 20 respondent and 20 were validated. Self constructed and validated questionnaire was use for data collection
