This project research title design and implementation of website for online journal accessment is a web based system which is aim at using the potent ability of the computer system to solve many of the challenges Facebook by the current manual system of Jounal and publication processes it provides numerals benefit which include automation of the submission process review process payment process and publication purposes contributors from any part of the world consummate their articles for assessment and publication
