Abstract
A Face Based Entrance Examination Administration System consist facial expression recognition, as facial recognition is an important aspect of biometrics that has attracted the attentions from several projectors due to its important in achieving a smart human-machine interface. Information that has to do with human behavior pertaining to facial expression can predict the mental state of a man. Since human face plays a key role in interpersonal communication, facial expression investigation is operational in the domain of human computing, intelligent interaction and affective computing. The facial recognition leads us to this project topic, when face is the key to the examination. This project is to develop a prototype system of face-based entrance examination administration system using webcam which can store about 100 face templates. It will undergo pre-processing, feature extraction and classification phase and implement the techniques in Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB). This project will help to have quality and effective examination and to eradicate impersonation since human face is the key to the exams.
