Abstract
This study examines the effect of auditors report on fraud prevention,control and management in Nigeria.Auditors play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial systems,identifying,potential irregularities,and ensuring that organization adhere to established accounting standards.By scrutinizing financial records and operational procedures,auditors provide insights that are vital for detecting and mitigating fraud.This research aims to explore how auditors reports contribute to fraud prevention,control and management within the nigerian context.Fraud remain a significant challenge in nigeria,undermining public trust and economic stability.The research reveals that auditors reports are instrumental in exposing discrepancies and financial misstaments,serving as a deterrent to fradulent activities..The study also highlights the importance of adopting modern auditing technologies ans methodologies to enhance fraud detection capabilities.By leveraging these tools,auditors can uncover complex fraud schemes that traditional auditing methods may overloook.Based on findings,the study recommends several measures to enhance the role of auditors in fraud prevention,control and management in Nigeria...
