Abstract
The study explored biosurfactant-producing bacteria from oil-contaminated soil for bioremediation. Soil samples were collected, bacteria isolated and identified, and screened for biosurfactant production. Acinetobacter calcoaceticus showed the highest potential, along with Bacillus and Pseudomonas species. Results highlight their effectiveness in treating oil-contaminated environments.
