Abstract
This abstract presents an overview of a study focusing on the "Influence of Usage on the Alteration of Physical and Chemical Attributes in Waste Palm Oil." The research investigates how prolonged use affects the physical and chemical properties of waste palm oil, highlighting significant changes such as darkening, increased viscosity, elevated acid and peroxide levels, as well as the development of undesirable odors. These findings underscore the critical importance of comprehending these alterations to effectively manage the quality of waste palm oil and its varied industrial applications. The study's implications reach beyond this, encompassing environmental and sustainability considerations in palm oil utilization. Our methodology involved the creation of a tailored questionnaire to collect data from specific sources, followed by data analysis using SPSS version 25 to obtain demographic information. Additionally, we sent samples to a laboratory for further experiments and analysis to augment our findings.
