Abstract
This study investigates the level of awareness and perception of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking among students of BOUESTI. Using the Agenda-Setting Theory as framework, the study adopted a survey research design with questionnaires administered to selected students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings revealed that while most students are aware of the campaign, their participation and understanding of its purpose remain low. The study recommends increased sensitization programs, campus-based awareness campaigns, and collaboration with media and health agencies to promote the message effectively.
