Abstract

The Event Management System is an integrated digital platform developed to simplify and automate the process of organizing and booking event venues along with related services. Users begin by creating an account on the platform, which allows them to securely log in and access a wide range of event halls categorized by location, size, availability, and type of occasion. In addition to selecting a suitable venue, users can customize their event experience by choosing from various optional services such as food and catering packages, decoration styles, chair and table arrangements, lighting and sound, as well as hiring an MC or DJ. As selections are made, the system dynamically calculates and displays the total cost, giving users a clear and transparent overview of their booking expenses. Once the user proceeds to checkout and confirms the reservation, a digital receipt is generated and sent to their email. To enhance user convenience and ensure smooth event preparation, the system also sends automated reminders prior to the scheduled event date, including details of the booking and selected services. By combining venue management, service customization, real-time pricing, and automated notifications, this system offers a comprehensive, user-friendly solution for efficient event planning and coordination.
