Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study investigated the hypoglycemic effect of Euphorbia hirta leaf on glycemic index of glucose loaded normal adult male wistar rats. In this study, dry pods of Euphorbia hirta were purchased from the local market in Ekpoma, Edo State. Twenty adult male Wistar rats of comparable weights (100 ± 20g) were used for this study.
