Abstract
This project focuses on the design and construction of a transformer monitoring system using the Internet of Things (IoT). The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller to collect data from sensors measuring temperature, load current, and oil level of a transformer. The data is transmitted via Wi-Fi to the ThingSpeak IoT platform, where it can be monitored in real time from a computer or mobile device. Additionally, the system is programmed to send email alerts when any parameter exceeds safe operating limits. The implementation of this project improves the reliability and safety of transformers, reduces maintenance costs, and enables quick response to potential faults. The results from testing confirmed that the system operates accurately and efficiently, providing a practical solution for remote transformer monitoring.
