This comprehensive project encompasses the meticulous replacement of theextensively water-damaged ceiling and interior door in an office strategically locatedin close proximity to the Civil Engineering Hydraulic Laboratory. The existing ceiling,having suffered severe deterioration due to unchecked water ingress, will be subjectedto a thorough removal process, thereby eliminating the compromised structuralelements and associated safety hazards. Subsequently, a new ceiling system,meticulously crafted from water-resistant materials and incorporating cutting-edgedesign principles, will be installed to provide a durable, leak-resistant barrier thateffectively prevents future water damage.
