Impact of Leadership Style on Achievement of Organizational Productivity Goal in Mouka Limited

Abstract
ABSTRACT The study examines Impact of Leadership Style On Achievement of Organizational Productivity Goal in Mouka Limited. The confined success enjoyed by many organisations is derived from balances that are achieved in terms of goals of both the employees and management of the organisation through effective leadership. The major purpose of this study is to determine the impact of leadership qualities on growth and development of organisations especially the private sector. Four objectives,two research questions and two hypotheses were set and the study used descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The study covered the period of three years 2019- 2022. Simple random sampling was used to select 133 respondents for the study;the sample was reframed using Taro Yamane. The study made use of One Hundred and Thirty Three (133) as the sample size. The study recommended that the organisation should adopt transactional leadership style at point of entry into business but strategize to transit to transformational leadership style as their enterprises develop,grow and mature.
