The Impact Office Technology in Achieving Organizational Goal

Abstract
This study investigates the impact of office technology on achieving the organizational goals. A
quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire of 50 employees in
selected organization. Due to the small population size, a census sampling technique was adopted,
including all 50 employees in the sample.
The study aimed to assess the relationship between office technology and organizational goal
achievement. The questionnaire measured variables such as technology adoption and user
satisfaction, productivity, efficiency and goal attainment.
The findings of suggests that investing in office technology can significantly contribute to
organizational success. The study recommends that organizations prioritize technology adoption
and training to maximize benefits of the organizations.
