Abstract
ABSTRACT The Expert System for Environmental Monitoring and Control (ESEMC) is designed to address the growing need for intelligent systems capable of assessing environmental parameters and suggesting appropriate actions in real time. This project employs expert system methodologies, integrating sensors and rule-based decision-making to monitor conditions such as air quality, temperature, and humidity. The system uses predefined rules and expert knowledge to evaluate environmental data and generate alerts or control signals for corrective action, thereby ensuring a healthier and more sustainable environment. The ESEMC aims to provide automated, consistent, and cost-effective environmental management, making it suitable for applications in homes, industries, and urban planning. This solution is particularly beneficial for applications in smart homes, industrial environments, and urban areas, where continuous environmental awareness and responsive control are essential. The implementation of ESEMC demonstrates the potential of artificial intelligence in promoting environmental sustainability, public health, and efficient resource management.
