Abstract
The design and construction of a single-phase automatic transfer switch (ATS) with embedded auto generator shutdown system serves as a crucial circuit in electrical systems, transferring power between main and backup sources. This [project focuses on the engineering aspects, including circuit design, relay logic, and component selection, to ensure a reliable and efficient transfer process. Emphasis is placed on safety features, such as over current protection and failsafe mechanisms. The construction involves assembling the switch with durable materials and testing it under various load conditions to guarantee its functionality in real-world scenarios. The project aims to contribute to the improvement of power distribution systems by providing a robust and auto mated solution for single phase application.
