Abstract

This project focuses on the design and implementation of an electrical wiring trainer that demonstrates the functioning of series, parallel, and two-way switching circuits. The trainer is developed as an educational tool for students and trainees to enhance their understanding of electrical wiring configurations, which are commonly used in residential and industrial settings. Series circuits offer a single path for current flow, while parallel circuits provide multiple paths, allowing independent operation of devices. Two-way switching circuits enable the control of a single device from two locations, a feature frequently employed in staircases and long corridors. The wiring trainer simulates real-world scenarios, providing a safe environment for hands-on learning. It allows users to practice the installation, troubleshooting, and testing of these basic wiring configurations. The project aims to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, preparing students for real-world electrical work.
