Natural calamities, earth collapse, structural defects, poor form, and insufficient junctions too are factors that lead to the formation of cracking in the framework. Mortar splits could be totally prevented, but they can be minimized by employing the best ingredients, building processes, and technical specification. This is vital to spot similar flaws as asap and make precautionary action. Active cracking are a major problem that needs to be addressed right once even though they are practically hazardous.
