Effect of Organizational Design on Management Efficiency (case Study of Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti)

This research was conducted to ascertain the effect of organization design on management efficiency. The objectives in achieving the topic are; to ascertain the effect of employee engagement on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA); to find out the effect of organizational structure on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA); and to ascertain the effect of job re-design on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA). The study used descriptive cross-sectional research design. The population of staff of Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti. Sample for the study therefore was 322 staff of Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti. The primary data was collected through the use of a structured questionnaire and was analysed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that Employee engagement have significant effect on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA). Organizational structure have significant effect on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA). Job re-design have significant effect on management efficiency in the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (FPA). It was recommended that, the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti should develop and implement structured employee engagement programs that focus on enhancing communication, collaboration, and recognition within the institution. The institution should offer continuous training and professional development opportunities that empower employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
