Abstract This project details the development of a cutting-edge semi-automated pipe bending machine, aiming to revolutionize traditional bending methodologies. Focused on enhancing precision, operational efficiency, and adaptability across diverse industrial applications, the machine seamlessly integrates manual control intricacies with state-of-the-art automated electrical systems. A thorough literature review evaluates the limitations of conventional manual pipe bending techniques in comparison to the advantages offered by automation in modern manufacturing. The resulting machine design incorporates advanced electrical components to enable a wide range of bend angles, accommodate varying pipe diameters, and deliver an intuitive user-friendly control interface. The fabrication process meticulously selects materials and follows exacting methodologies compatible with electrically powered systems.
