Abstract
This paper examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the global job market, focusing on both the opportunities and challenges it presents. While AI has the potential to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and create entirely new industries, it also raises concerns about job displacement, skill mismatches, and ethical considerations. This study draws upon recent research, industry reports, and case studies to highlight the need for proactive workforce adaptation and policy development.
