Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study examines the impact of public relations in enhancing good conducts in higher institution using Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti as a case study. It highlights how effective communication strategies foster ethical behavior among students and staff. Through surveys and interviews, the research identifies key public relations practices that enhance institutional integrity. Findings reveal a strong correlation between proactive public relations efforts and improved student engagement. The study recommends targeted campaigns to further promote positive values within the university community. Ultimately, it emphasizes the vital role of public relations in shaping a culture of excellence and accountability in higher education.
