Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication on Community Development in Ise Community, Ise/orun Local Government Area of Ekiti State

Abstract

Study finds interpersonal communication effective for community development in Ise-Ekiti, bridging tribal gaps, promoting unity, and driving collective action. Literacy and government initiatives also play key roles. Recommendations made for improvement and further study suggested in other local governments.
