Educating the Girl Childand the Development of Local Communities in Nigeria (a Case Study of Egor Local Government Area of Edo State)

Abstract
This research work investigates the impact of girl-child education on community State. Primary and secondary sources of data collection were used in data above mentioned area and to evaluate how social, economic and political development affects girl-child education in Egor Local Government Area of Edo development with focus on Egor Local Government Area of Edo State. The specific collection. The data was analyzed using the simple percentage method. From the development, to determine the factors militating against girl-child education in the that all stakeholders; parents and the government should give adequate room for findings, more than fifty percent of females in the society are not educated and it was concluded that the girl-child needs education. It is therefore recommended objectives of this study are to identify the role of girlchild education on community girl-child education.
