In science and technology, the desire for improvement is a constant subject which triggers advancements. These challenges hinder efficient operations and customer satisfaction, while the opportunities hold promise for growth and improvement within the industry. The aim of the study is Problems and prospects of booking and ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria tourism the specific objectives of this study are to: Assess the various obstacles and difficulties faced by commercial airline companies in Nigeria regarding booking and ticketing processes in Nigeria tourism. The significance of a study on Booking and ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria tourism is an aspects of the Travelers to cover up larger distance therefore; booking and ticketing is importance in tourism industry provides a greater value for the utmost supply to the tourism sector. This chapter describes the research design, population, sample and sampling techniques, research instrument, validity of the instruments, and reliability of the instrument, administration of the instruments and data analysis. The descriptive research of the survey type was adopted in the study. A survey research draws sample from a large population, The target population for this study will be the number of people in the airline company in the Area were the research carry out in Nigeria Out of the number 200 people was extracted from the population and the questioner was giving to them. The sample for the study consisted the number of 200 people extracted for the Total population of the people in airline company in Nigeria, Lagos State as a case Study .Sampling technique to take care of the Male and Female in that area, Data was collected through both primary and secondary sources. The primary sources involved a reconnaissance survey to identify the Problems and prospects of booking and ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria tourism and for easy administration, 200 copies of questionnaire were administered to respondents to get the attribute data from them. The researcher personally administered the instrument with the aid of researcher assistants, were administration by the researcher and the research assistance in the selected airline in Lagos State, Muritala mohammed international airport in Lagos the research provided them with all relevant guidelines to enable them respond appropriately to the questionnaire. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics frequencies, percentages to elicit information on the demographic profile of the respondents of the Problems and prospects of booking and ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria tourism The data was process and analysed using statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Version 20 Based on the analysis of data collected, the following are the major findings of this study of Problems and prospects of booking and ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria tourism It revel that booking of ticket in airline system using Bank Transfers to make payment by booking ticketing in a commercial airline company in Nigeria. The following recommendations are made.
