Job Satisfaction Amongst Employees

Abstract
This study focused on the level of job satisfaction among employee of first bank of Nigeria. It has been observed in recent times that workers have developed a non-committal attitude toward word inputs which in turn ultimately affect their eventual output of such companies. Some major issue will be cafefully considered in the course of carrying out this study. This will include the introduction comprising the background and other preliminary matters such as the statement of the research pronlem in chapter one. A review of sence existing literature is examined in chapter two. Question gathered from the survey would be used to analyse data and test for hypothesis in chapter four while the method of caring out the research would be on chapter three
