Abstract
The challenges faced by farmers in agricultural marketing systems necessitate innovative solutions to enhance their resilience and sustainability. This project aims to develop a web-based agricultural product market system to connect farmers with consumers, providing information on market locations, days, and times. The system will cover all markets in Osun West Senatorial District, comprising ten Local Government Areas. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving literature reviews, interviews with market personnel, internet research, and personal observations. The study's findings will contribute to the development of an effective agricultural product market system, improving the marketing efficiency and livelihoods of farmers in the region. The system's design and implementation will provide a model for other regions, addressing the challenges faced by farmers in agricultural marketing systems.
