The Impact of Management Incentive Programmes on Worker's Productivity. (a Case Study of Dangote Cement Factory)

Abstract
This study examined the impact of management Incentive program in worker productivity Using denote cement factory on the case study. The specific objective of this study is to examine the extent of relationship between the yond worker performance Abo ascertain the relationship between the communication strategy and worker performance lastly to determine the relationship between the resting period and worker performance Three hypotheses were drawn from the research questions and a administered questionnaire was used to measure the relationship between the variables shading the sample size of 31 respondents from Nigerian Bottling Company and Seven up Bottling Company. However, 45 questionnaires w properly filed and returned back and were considered good for analysis The analysis of collected data was done through the simple percentage (6) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis. Findings from the study shows that there is a strong positive relationship between the pay-out structure and worker performance in organizations, since 0.92 and p value 0:00 < 0.001 Also, there is a strong positive relationship between the communication strategy and worker performance, since 0.95 and p value 0,00
