Abstract
The study investigates the impact of TikTok trends on the social lifestyles of Nigerian youths, focusing on Osogbo residents. Using a quantitative research design and structured questionnaire, data were collected from 400 respondents. Findings revealed that while TikTok provides entertainment, creativity, and connectivity, excessive usage leads to stress, distraction, and social comparison. The study concludes that unregulated social media use affects psychological well-being and recommends digital literacy programs and parental guidance to promote healthy online behavior.
