Impact of Mobile Business to Business (b2b) Applications on Organizational Performance (a Study of Mouka Foam Kaduna)

Abstract
This study examines the Impact of mobile B2B applications on organizational performance in Mouka foam Kaduna. The specific objectives of the study are to find out the impact of technology adoption on organizational performance, to investigate the effect of mobile platform on organizational performance and integration capabilities affect organizational performance.The sample size of the study 267, a structured questionnaire is used to collect information on user perceptions of mobile B2B applications and organizational performance. The formulated hypotheses were tested using multiple regressions to determine the relationship between the variables at 0.05% level of significance with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Package (SPSS). It is observed from the result of data analysis indicates a positive relationship between mobile B2B applications and organizational performance. The Findings of the study revealed a positive and significant relationship between technology and adoption ,mobile platform and integration capabilities on organizational performance positively. The study concludes that technology adoption affect organizational performance positively. The results from the study confirm that there a statistically significant relationship between technology adoption and organizational performance. The study revealed that a Mobile platform has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Also, the study discovered that Integration capabilities also have a significant impact on organizational performance. The study therefore recommends that, Invest in employee training programs to ensure staff can effectively utilize new technologies, maximizing productivity and minimizing resistance to change. Also, Develop mobile-friendly applications and interfaces to improve user experience and ensure seamless access for customers and employees. It recommended that organization should develop and implement mobile business to business technology that would facilitate effective performance of employees and providing opportunities to the organization for effective development.
