In the digital age, information systems are crucial in optimizing e-commerce operations by enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Amazon's deployment of predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is analyzed to understand their impact on performance. The research delves into how these systems facilitate demand forecasting, inventory management, and personalized recommendations, contributing to Amazon's market success. The study identifies key information systems that drive Amazon's success and provides insights for other e-commerce businesses seeking to leverage technology for competitive advantage. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and an analysis of technological infrastructure, business strategies, and customer experience, this research offers valuable perspectives on the integration and impact of information systems in e-commerce.
