Abstract

The Academic Project Tracker System has an ambitious goal of providing ultimate management tracking and monitoring system for research students of an academic institution. The academic project tracker system is developed to streamline the processes of project initiation, monitoring, and completion, providing a centralized platform for students, supervisors, and administrators. Through the integration of user-friendly interfaces and robust functionalities, the academic project tracker system allows users to create project timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports, facilitating effective collaboration among team members. The study employs a systematic approach, utilizing modern web technologies tools such as (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT for the frontend, PHP and MySQL for backend and database) to ensure accessibility and ease of use. APTS emphasizes the importance of timely-decision making among students and supervisors. This project serves as a potential model for integrating technology into academic project management, contributing to improved academic outcomes and operational excellence.
