The population of the study comprised of two thousand and thirty five students from five public secondary schools in Danja local government area, Katsina state. The sample size for the study was 80 students. The choice of 80 students as a sample size is in line with central limit theorem which recommended the minimum of 30 sample size for an experimental research. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the two (2) from the entire population under study. The instrument used in data collection was Digestive System Performance Test (DSPT). Mean and standard deviation were used to answer research questions while t-test was used to test the study hypotheses. The finding of this study revealed that significant difference exists in the performance of students taught Biology concept using flipped classroom model and those taught using traditional lecture method among Senior Secondary School Students in Danja Local Government Area, Katsina State. It is recommend that Public senior secondary schools in Danja Local Government Area, Katsina State, should consider adopting the flipped classroom model for teaching Biology concepts.
